PhD, orthopaedic and trauma surgeon of the highest category, senior scientific researcher at the Department for Orthopedics and Traumatology of Adults, SI «ITO NAMS of Ukraine», the Honorary Physician of Ukraine.
In 1995, he graduated from Vinnytsia Medical University. The period from 1995 to 1998 was his internship in traumatology and orthopaedics at the Institute of Traumatology and Orthopedics of the Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine. Since 1998, he works at the department for trauma and orthopaedics surgery of adults and is a senior scientific researcher. Since 2008 - the physician of the highest category. In 2009, he represented his candidate’s dissertation "Corrective Osteotomy in Surgical Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis". In 2018, he obtained the title of the Honored doctor of Ukraine.
Among the main focuses of his activities are: primary and revision hip and knee arthroplasty, bone plastics of lesions caused by an aseptic instability of hip and knee endoprostheses. He has vast experience and is a master in many surgical methods in fracture osteosynthesis, preudoarthroses management, and reconstructive organ-preserving operations.
He is a member of the international medical societies SICOT and AAOS.
Within 5 recent years, he enhanced his qualification at international training, scientific and practical conferences, seminars, and international medical forums:
