In 1997, he graduated from M.I. Pyrohov National Medical University of Vinnytsia. From 2000 to 2001, he had his clinical residency at the Institute of Traumatology, NAMS of Ukraine, focused on trauma and orthopaedic surgery. He became a full-scale employee of the Institute of Orthopedics in 2002 and works at the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of Adults (Clinic 2) with the Republic Center of Large Joints’ Arthroplasty. His scope of work includes the matters of initial and revision arthroplasty of hip and knee, the issues of osteosynthesis after fractures of pelvic and lower limbs.

During his work with the Institute, he represented over 40 reports dedicated to arthroplasty at seminars, conferences, and congresses. As an author, he issued 113 scientific publications, among them: 2 monographs, 2 pieces of methodical recommendations, and 10 patents (7 of them related to hip arthroplasty). Besides, he is a co-author and developer of a domestic endoprosthesis for initial and revision arthroplasty, manufactured by "ITO-Motor-Sich", "Clinical and Radiological Evaluation of Hip Arthroplasty Results", and “Anatomical and Functional Classification of Bone Defects in a Hip Joint after the Arthroplasty”.

In May 2011, he represented his PhD dissertation “Total Cementless Arthroplasty in Patients with Hip Osteoarthritis”. Nowadays, he is busy with his doctor’s thesis “Complications of Hip Arthroplasties”.

He attended and participated in the meetings of international professional societies: SICOT (Goteborg-Swiss 2010, Prague-Czech Republic 2011, Montreal-Canada 2018); SOFCOT (Paris-France 2011); the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons (Chicago 2012, San-Diego-2017, New Orlean-2018, Las-Vegas 2019). To improve his professional skills, he passed practical training in clinics of the Czech Republic (Prague 2015), Poland (Katowice 2010, Krakow 2019), Taiwan (Taipei 2019), and Thailand (Bangkok 2019).
